About racingjobs.comINTERACTIVE MOTORSPORTS ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATIONSince October 1,1996 Founder and President - ROBERT PREVOST Robert Prevost is a veteran race car driver who has driven many different types of race cars over the years, from Karts to Sportscars, Stockcars to FIA Formula One cars. He spent nearly a decade with the Skip Barber Racing School as their Director of Corporate Sales successfully developing the model for corporate entertainment programs that has been embraced by just about every racing school in the country today. I M E Corp. was launched officially on January 1, 1997, after an extensive analysis of the Motorsports industry. Among the various products and services we examined and analyzed within motorsports, several business sectors were identified as having remained underdeveloped and even un represented. I M E realized that the rapid expansion of the racing school industry in particular, had created a need for a single company to provide the school operators with consulting, sales and marketing services and the general public with information and enrollment services. In late 1996, I M E contacted every major racing school operator in America and proposed to act as their independent, authorized sales agent. Initially, I M E served as the direct sales agent for three racing schools. Today, 36 months later, I M E represents over 50 major racing schools in every discipline of auto racing. Re branding itself in January 1998, I M E became the parent company to Racingschools.com, the website. Racingschools.com's site is the world's largest single source of auto racing school information featuring links to nearly 100 racing school operators worldwide and over 200 motorsports related sites. Prospective students, group and corporate representatives can now easily review information on most of the active racing schools in America, ask for information and actually enroll in the program of their choice through our proprietary "On-Line" enrollment system. This system, at any given time, features over 2500 school program dates available nationwide. As part of its aggressive expansion model, I M E acquired Racingjobs.com in November 1999. Racingjobs.com is the Internet's largest site dedicated exclusively to offering Motorsports employment and recruiting services to both employers and prospective employees. By February 1, 2000, the Racingjobs.com website will have been completely re designed to offer a fully automated e-commerce environment. Additionally, the Racingjobs.com website will be fully supported by an experienced human resources group whose sole purpose will be to provide personalized assistance to both employers and prospective job applicants. Field representatives will regularly call on racing teams nationwide, in every major racing series, as well as on automotive industry HR departments to secure new job postings and ensure a continuous volume of career opportunity availability to the general public. I M E also created NAARSA (North American Auto Racing School Association) in 1999 with a view to bringing the many independent racing school operators together for the first time in over 30 years. The new leverage created by the trade group will allow the schools to improve awareness of the availability of their services, provide additional national exposure, and increase sponsor participation in the industry. Interactive Motorsports Entertainment Corporation may soon be referred to as the "Epicenter of Motorsports" for its visionary approach to bridging the gap between student and professional drivers and between motorsport employers and would be employment candidates. In the short term I M E will continue to capitalize on its ability to bring structure to the underdeveloped business areas of motorsports to offer ever greater access to the sport by individuals, groups and corporations worldwide.
